Well, time for a portrait.
As I said in another post, I prefer location portraiture to studio portraiture (even if the lighting situation is a challenge). People tend to be more relaxed in their “natural” environment or in nature, and I want to capture the essence of people, not just their appearance.
But don’t get me wrong – I also like good studio portraits, it’s just a matter of personal taste.
In the case of this beauty here I chose to leave some background and not to do a tighter “headshot” – the effect was just better in my opinion.
